About Dr. Gonzales

Dr. Gonzales was born and raised in New Mexico. He started his journey as a public servant with the state of New Mexico and the Army National Guard. Dr. Gonzales now serves his community and patients throughout New Mexico as a board-certified family physician.

For the past 10 years, Dr. Gonzales has been fortunate enough to treat and diagnose patients from the frontiers of the American Southwest to the deserts of the Middle East and the green lands of Europe.

During his indoctrination, Dr, Gonzales earned a bachelor's in business from Anderson School of Management and then attended medical school at the University of New Mexico. After medical school, Dr. Gonzales moved to Texas, where he successfully completed residency training as a family medicine physician at Texas Tech University.

He has held numerous leadership positions throughout his dynamic career. As an associate professor at UNM and Burrell College, he participates in the evolution of residents and medical students by sharing his experiences and knowledge.
